Christ Church School asks that parents notify the school office (by phone or e-mail) no later than 9:00 a.m. when a student is absent. Make-up work must be requested through the school office by 9:00 a.m. to assure that the necessary materials will be available for pick up in the school office between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

 

 

We ask that families make every attempt to schedule trips during school holidays. When students do not attend class, they miss their teachers' explanations, instructions, and visual aids as well as class discussions. This can sometimes make it difficult for students to understand the material.

 

If it is necessary for a student to be absent from school for a family trip, the parent must complete a Family Trip Permission Form and give it to the classroom teacher at least one week prior to the trip. Make-up work is due when the student returns to school.
