After School Clubs

Christ Church School offers a variety of after school clubs, led by teachers only, throughout the school year.  
 
Purpose
 
The After School Clubs were created, not only because of the teachers' strong desire to work with children, but also to nurture our students' God-given gifts in new and exciting areas.

All clubs are held on their designated days from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. If there is a change in the schedule for any club, students will be notified by the instructor(s).
 
Children will be supervised in the Education Building from the end of school until clubs start at 3:30 p.m. We ask that you pick your child(ren) up promptly at 4:30 p.m. in the Christ Church School Pavilion and that you park in the Christ Church grass lot. Children attending Afternoon Adventures at 4:30 p.m. will be escorted to the church by their club leader. Please note: A $10 late fee will be charged for every 10 minutes you are late.
 
The school office closes at 4:30 p.m. on club days. In case of emergency, the church office is open until 5:00 p.m. and can be reached by calling 954.771.7300.
 
Students may not purchase snacks from the vending machines. If you would like your child to have a snack, please provide them with one.
 
Registration
 
If your child is interested in registering for a club, please complete the Club Registration Form and deliver it, along with your non-refundable payment and a completed Medical Authorization Form (must be notarized) to the school office. Please use a separate registration form for each club your child is planning to attend (additional forms are available in the school office). 
 
There is a mximum attendance of 20 students and a minimum of five students for each club. Please return the registration form, along with the medical authorization form and payment, to the school office at your earliest convenience. 
 
We encourage parents to identify their child's first, second and third choice on the registration form. Our desire is that every child will get his/her first choice, but we recognize that this may not be possible. If the enrollment for a particular club exceeds the maxium number allowed, all registration forms for that club will be placed in a drawing. Registration forms will be randomly drawn until the maximum number of students is reached. Students whose registration forms were not drawn for the club's first session will be the first students registered for the club if it is offered the next session.
  
Fee
 
The cost of each club is $130.00 (non-refundable).
