Lunch Menu

 

Each month, students in Prekindergarten 4 through 5^th grade will receive two copies of the lunch order form listing the menu options for the following month. We ask that parents mark their child(ren)'s selections on both copies. One copy remains at home for daily reference, and the other copy is given, with payment, to the classroom teacher. It is important the School copy is turned in by the deadline given on the order form. Checks should be made payable to Christ Church School. If you are ordering for more than one student, you may write one check, staple the orders together and return them to the classroom teacher of the oldest student.

 

Unfortunately, late orders or orders without payment cannot be accepted. A credit slip will be issued for lunches canceled 24 hours in advance. To apply a credit, submit the credit slip with the next month's lunch order.

 

If students choose to bring a meal from home, it should include the necessary utensils, beverage and food that can be opened without assistance and does not need to be heated. Lunchroom assistants cannot handle food.
