Christ Church School is proud of its dedicated parents and strong Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). The purpose of the PTO is to facilitate the school’s function as an outreach ministry of Christ Church. Additionally, the PTO promotes the ideals of the school and strengthens home-school relations. Parents are encouraged to interact with school staff, administration and other school parents. Parent volunteers assist the staff and administration with projects that enhance the total school experience. Membership in Christ Church School's PTO is open to all parents of CCS. All families, faculty and staff are members of the PTO. The Christ Church School PTO has a proven track record of successful fundraising efforts. Fundraising is planned, initiated and implemented for the benefit for the School. Over the past five years, PTO has funded numerous projects and programs. Some of those projects and/or programs include:
The PTO strives to enhance the school’s educational, familial and social programs by forwarding the educational environment and experience of the students. The PTO Board, parents and school community work together to support an educational program for the whole child. The PTO honors academic excellence - nurturing the spiritual, physical, cultural and social development of students. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend PTO meetings and volunteer for the various committees, projects, and events throughout the school year.
